Welcome to Lulu's Way!!
This video is a walk-through of a low-top Transit van that’s been thoughtfully set up with a no-build build — no furniture, no permanent fixtures, just smart organization and intention.
She shows us where everything lives, how she keeps the space functional, and how she’s already traveling, adventuring, and enjoying van life while waiting for her full build-out. Next month, she’ll wind down her Florida van life adventures and will head back to the Northeast to begin the first phase of her build: installing a MaxxAir fan, electrical wiring, solar panels, security cameras, rear camera and Starlink. Phase two will be custom storage designed to support the way she truly wants to live.
One of her top priorities is keeping enough open floor space to practice yoga inside the van when it's cold or rainy — and this setup reflects that vision beautifully. This is a great example of how you don’t have to wait for your perfect dream build to get on the road and start living the life you’re dreaming of.
