Here's how to change the country in Google Play Store:

1. Open the Play Store app.
2. Tap on the profile icon at the top right corner.
3. Tap on Payments and subscriptions.
4. Tap on Payment methods.
5. Scroll to the bottom and tap on More payment settings.
6. Tap on the profile icon at the top right corner and ensure the correct account is selected.
6. Go back & tap on three lines icon at the top left corner.
7. Tap on Settings.
8. Under the Payments profile, look for Country/Region and tap on the Edit icon beside it.
9. Tap on Create new profile.
10. Tap on Continue.
11. Select the country from the options and then tap on Continue.
12. Fill out the details such as Name and address.
13. Tap on Submit.
