Concertgebouw viert 125 jarig jubileum met muzikale gongslag

Описание: Algemeen directeur van Het Concertgebouw Simon Reinink luidt de gong op de Amsterdamse beurs ter gelegenheid van de start van het Jubileumjaar 2013, het jaar waarin Het Concertgebouw 125 jaar bestaat.

Hij doet dit in het bijzijn van vier blazers uit het Nederlands Philharmonisch orkest dat diezelfde avond zal optreden in de Grote Zaal tijdens het eerste Jubileumconcert. Zij spelen in de aanloop naar de gongslag een stuk muziek. Het jubileum wordt een heel jaar lang gevierd met meezingconcerten, exposities, live-concertregistraties en een reeks Jubileumconcerten, waarvan het eerste op 8 januari plaatsvindt in de Grote Zaal.


Amsterdam's Concertgebouw celebrates its 125th anniversary
Simon Reinink, General Director of the Concertgebouw, sounds the gong at the Amsterdam exchange to mark the start of the Jubilee Year 2013, the year in which the famous concert hall celebrates its 125th anniversary.
Mr Reinink is accompanied by four musicians of thePhilharmonic Orchestra that will perform the same evening during the first Jubilee Concert. The musicians will play a piece of music just before the opening of trading. The events marking the jubilee year will include sing along concerts, exhibitions, recordings of live concerts and a series of Jubilee Concerts, the first of which will take place on 8 January in the Grote Zaal.
