**If you are familiar with WC Knives, most likely you will recognize the distinct grind William calls the "Woodsman's Grind." The Woodsman's Grind is a multi-grind blending a Scandinavian Grind at the base of the blade into a full flat or high saber grind to the tip depending on the model. For people who are used to using it, it makes a very effective field knife for a variety of chores. Because of it's complex geometry, it may look difficult to hone or sharpen WC Knives. However, it is quite easy to achieve a razor edge on these blades with very simple tools in the field. Let's take a look at how I like to hone my WC Knives.
