A day in the life of a Hospice RN Case manager. I know this isn’t the ideal or dream job of most new grad Nurses, but it is an option and I enjoy the relationships I’m able to build with my patients and families.
This is so different from an acute setting because we build relationships with families and get very attached to patients.
As a RN we have so many job options and so much flexibility in the work field. I believe that case management and field nurses is a growing field and so many RN’s are needed.
