You will also experience a demonstration of how to take this elliptical trainer to a recumbent bicycle in just three easy steps. This compact trainer is presented as a very affordable machine at just under $400, which is an even better deal when you consider that you are really getting two workout machines in one. The first features of this machine presented are the design and performance features. The compact design is unique and easy to use, with a basic three step process that takes this model from an elliptical trainer to a recumbent bike. Users can incline up to 16% and the featured stride is fixed at 15”. Also highlighted is this hybrid trainer's quality, solid steel frame, as well as some comfort features like oversized pedals that are also cushioned, and Silent Magnetic Resistance technology that makes this trainer very quiet when in operation. One downfall to note here is that there is no power cord; it is fully battery powered.
