To realize this logistical feat, Pepsi partners closely with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to ensure the aid reaches the right people. It is not a random giveaway; months before the holiday, recipients are selected based on strict criteria. Priority is given to students with financial difficulties or workers who have performed well but haven't been able to afford a trip to their hometowns for several years. Instead of cash, the campaign organizes dedicated charter flights and huge bus convoys. The energetic street event you see here serves as the symbolic "Send-Off Ceremony" to kickstart these journeys across Vietnam.
