In 2018, former President Donald Trump promised a massive Foxconn flat-screen TV factory in Wisconsin that he claimed would be the "eighth wonder of the world," but it never transpired. On Wednesday, President Biden will be in the state to highlight Microsoft's plan to expand a data center complex there. CBS News campaign reporter Aaron Navarro has the details.
