A police personnel was hit by an unknown vehicle on the flyover in front of Tata Motors in the Patparganj Industrial Area, within the jurisdiction of the East Delhi Police Station, and died on the spot. The policeman is reported to be from Uttar Pradesh. The victim was riding a Splendor motorcycle and met with the accident while heading towards NH 24 from the Anand Vihar ISBT side. The investigation is ongoing.
