The United Nations Security Council has discussed the controversial mega-dam project that Ethiopia is building on the Nile River.
Egypt and Sudan say the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) limits access to fresh water.
But Ethiopia says the UN is not the place to address such concerns.
