Описание: The Nagaland government briefed the media on the Registration of Births & Deaths (Amendment) Rules, 2024 at a press conference in Kohima. Officials explained how birth certificates have become the sole legal document for education, Aadhaar, jobs and other services for those born after October 1, 2023. The department also highlighted the expansion of online registration and digitisation of birth and death records across rural and urban areas of the State.
