In this video, I show you step-by-step how to install a DTA CV axle on a 2009 Mazdaspeed 3 (Gen 1). If your Mazdaspeed 3 axle is clicking, leaking, or worn out, this guide will help you replace it the right way.

Installing the new CV axle into the transmission (with the C-clip at 12 o’clock)
Installing the new axle nut
Reinstalling the tie rod, end link, and speed sensor harness
Tips to make sure the heat shield doesn’t rub the rotor after installation
