Cabbage Rolls also known as Gołąbki
1 pound ground pork
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 Egg
1 cup cooked (Al dente) rice
2 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Tarragon
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 head green cabbage
Cut a chunk of the core out of cabbage. In Stockpot, add enough water to cover cabbage, placing cabbage core down. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium, cook for about 5 minutes or until leaves pop bright green.
Remove cabbage from stockpot and allow to cool to the touch. Once cooled, take core out of cabbage and separate the leaves. Trim the spine for easier folding.
Mix pork, beef with rice and egg. Add thyme, tarragon, garlic powder, onion powder and if desired parsley.; mix well.
Tuck rounded spoonful of meat and rice mixture 1/2 inch above base of leaf, roll, bringing sides inward, and finish rolling as tightly as possible. Place seam down in baking dish. Pour sauce over top and bake at 350 for 55 minutes to 1 hour 15.

Tomato Sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 Tbsp brown sugar (more if you like it on the sweet side)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 1/8 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp Whole Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1 16 ounce bag Mini Chocolate Chips
Cream sugar, shortening together until creamy. Add egg, vanilla and milk. Mix until incorporated. Add four, salt and baking soda., mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Drop by smaller spoonfuls and bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes, depending on desired crispiness. Leave on baking tray until cooled (they will continue to cook on tray).
