Required Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Masters
&
PGD on Admin Management is preferable

Additional Qualification/Requirements:
• Decent knowledge of labor Law
• Decision making based on data analysis
• Time/Task management to meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must be punctual
• Familiarity with office software such as Google Workspace.
• Communication with clients
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively to ensure timely completion.
• Must be Proficient in Bengali and English Language.
• Excellent Bengali and English typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word and Excel).
• Having the ability to communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
• Sound knowledge of making office documentation.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be smart with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness, and hard work are a must for the position.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance during office time.
