1. FACT Based first screening interview - cuts out the fluff and nonsense and gets straight to uncovering predictive qualities about your candidates.

2. PREDICTIVE Pre-Employment Assessments - Selecting and using the right assessments for the position you are hiring for is critical. These tools help you quickly figure out if you have a high potential candidate or a problem generator. They provide great objective and unbias data to guide hiring decisions and areas to investigate in future steps in the hiring process.

3. CAREER HISTORY INTERVIEW- Leaves no stone un turned. The problem with most interview strategies is how random the questions are. Career History style interview meticulously walks you through all of the candidates experience successes and sets up powerfully predictive references. When conducted properly you will know exactly who you are hiring before they show up on day one.

4. REFERENCE Checks - From previous direct supervisors. These are the most qualified people to provide feedback on a new hires past performance, attitude, integrity and abilities. NEVER HIRE ANYONE with out speaking to at least 3 of their past direct supervisors and you will stop making huge hiring mistakes.
