Tonight on News Night with Kenneth Gyasi on Joy 99.7 FM, the Constitutional Review Committee proposes the creation of an independent Anti-Corruption and Ethics Commission to handle corruption-related offences.
Also, the Committee recommends a tighter process for the removal of the Chief Justice, proposing that all petitions be submitted directly to the Council of State, which must, within seven days, refer them to the Judicial Committee for a prima facie determination.
