If you don't have a lighter or matches, remember that fire making doesn't have to be fancy or complicated.
One of the most underrated methods of making fire is solar!
Fresnel Lens are super cheap and fit nicely in your wallet. If your going to use paper make sure to focus the suns rays onto a darkened area.
If there isn't one create a black spot etc.
Once it starts to produce a good amount of smoke fold another piece of paper on top and fan away.
