It's time to sculpt! This 30x30 residential and business and hobbies lot dives deep into a submerged space for lectures and classes for students of ceramics, sculpture, and carpentry. This building is the perfect workshop for a sculptor in The Sims 4 and a great spot for dinner, wine, or coffee on the stunning lakeside bistro deck while admiring a great range of sculptures.

** 🐠🍒 Submerged Classrooms **
A highlight of this build is the submerged classroom area with an amazing view of the lakes interior and the beauty of the fishes and aquatic life through glass walls.

✌️Concept:
Home to renowned and successful sculpting couple Lotus Clay, the ceramicist, and Forrest Pecker, the famous carpenter, this project was conceived to embrace natural light with glass walls and open areas that incorporate wood elements and natural forms into its design. From perfect studio spaces to a massive central display area to display and sell their masterpieces, landing in a relaxing and inspiring outdoor area to keep the creative mind flowing toward the nature and new project ideas.
