As promised, here is a near-complete VHS recording of Dylan's Barcelona concert, performed at Palau dels Esports in Barcelona (now called the Barcelona Teatre Musical), Spain on June 16, 1989. This was the second year of Dylan's Never Ending Tour.

The original footage is credited to zimmy21, who filmed many other concerts from this era, some of which I'll be uploading in the future. Much of zimmy21's work can be found on this channel:    / Канал  . This channel has also uploaded this footage, but I've made the following changes to my upload:
A higher-quality stereo recording has been dubbed over the footage. This proved to be a tedious task because the mono VHS audio seemed to be about 2% slower than the stereo recording, but I eventually got everything in synch.
The picture has been sharpened, color-corrected, and cropped.
Transitions between tracks have been edited to give the illusion of a non-stop concert, even though a few songs are left out of this recording.
