Ingredients For Marination:
Fish ( Vanjaram or Indo-Pacific king mackerel) - 500 grams
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut oil-2 tsp
Ingredients for the masala:
Coconut oil-3 tsp
Onions-2
Green chilli- 3
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Tomatoes-2
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Corriander powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tamarind water- 1/4 cup
Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Curry leaves- 10 leaves
