[COOKING PROCESS]
1. Adding oil to the pan
"First, heat some oil in a pan."
2. Adding mustard, cumin, and dals
"Now, add mustard seeds , cumin seeds , urad dal, and chana dal . Sauté until golden brown."
3. Adding roasted peanuts, coconut, and curry leaves
"Next, add peanuts for crunch, fresh shredded coconut and aromatic curry leaves . Then chopped onion, & green chilli( optional) , salt & turmeric powder. Fry for a few seconds.
4. Adding steamed ragi semiya
