Our mission... to visit at least one official Songkran Festival event, for each of the three days of Songkran. This takes us to Silom Road, Khao San Road and Sunam Luang as well as many other adventures on the way.

We start our journey in the UK. We drive to Gatwick airport and park our car at APH parking and a shuttle bus service to Gatwick Airport. We fly China Eastern from Gatwick to Shanghai, Pudong International Airport, where we had a long layover but we found lots of things to do. Our flight was delayed had to reschedule a connecting flight.

We arrive in Bangkok late so have to find the best way to get transport to our hotel. We caught a Grab taxi to our hotel, The Quarter, in Ratchethewi, which is right in the centre of Bangkok and great for nightlife and easy transport links on the BTS.

We start at MBK Mall. We also visit Mahanakhon Tower with an incredible rooftop bar, DJ and views.

We then catch a train to Siam Station and then Sala Daeng, for Silom Road Songkran 2025 festival.

We catch a Tuk Tuk to Sanam Luang and watch a drone show and attend an EDM dance music festival. We go back to our top rated budget hotel with a rooftop pool and even though it rained there are lots of things to do in Bangkok. We went to a walking street bar and listened to music while was had fun with the excellent bar girls and guys in a great nightlife spot in bangkok that was also good for families.

We visit National Park Ang Thong. We then fly from Koh Samui to Bangkok.

BANGKOK - Episode 1

We stay at the Hilton Millennium International hotel next to Icon Siam Mall.

BANGKOK - Episode 2

MBK shopping mall and then another Tuk Tuk to Mahanakhon Tower which is one of our top things to do in Bangkok. We go for a Thai massage and Thai street food in Icon Siam Food court.

BANGKOK - Episode 3

What to do with one day in Bangkok. Wat Arun and a waterpark. We fly from Bangkok to London Heathrow.

Season 2
Episode 1 - Koh Samui

We stay in Lamai and rent a car. Before visititng Melia Koh Samui.

Episode 2 - Koh Samui

We return our rental car after visiting the secret Buddha garden. We then go to Bangrak and catch a speed boat to Koh Phangan.

Episode 3 - Koh Phangan

We stay at the Sunset Villa’s on Haad Rin Beach right next to the Full Moon Party.

Episode 4 - Koh Tao

We do snorkelling and catch a boat trip to see giant sea turtles. We visit the best beaches and get caught in the monsoon rain.

Chiang Mai - Episode 1

We fly from Koh Samui to Chiang Mai and catch a taxi to our top rated boutique hotel.

Chiang Mai - Episode 2

We visit our best temples and then catch a relaxing boat trip. We drink traditional Thai tea.

Chiang Mai - Episode 3

We take our rental car to a beautiful lake and we drive to Doi Inthanon the highest mountain in Thailand before visiting the Carp Cafe.

Chiang Mai - Episode 4

We visit a cabaret show in Chiang Mai with ladyboys. which is one of the top rated things to do in Chiang Mai. We fly from Chiang Mai to Bangkok.

Season 3
SONGKRAN - Episode 1

We fly Krabi to Bangkok for Songkran. We visit Khao San Road after catching Tuk Tuk from our Hotel, Innside by Melia in Sukhumvit, On Nut.

Krabi - Episode 2

We fly from London Heathrow to Dubai. We have a stop over in Dubai and then fly to Bangkok. We catch a shuttle bus to Don Mueng Airport and then fly from Bangkok to Krabi. We stay in Ao Nang and visit Railay Beach before heading to our luxury spa resort in Tubkaek Beach. We rent a private boat and visit Hong Island enjoying Thai Massage best beaches and various restaurants. We then fly from Krabi to Bangkok.

Bangkok - Episode 3

We stay at Innside by Melia in On Nut, Sukhumvit one of the best places for nightlife, shopping and relaxing in Bangkok, Thailand. We visit a theme park. Our Emirates flight from Bangkok to Dubai gets cancelled so we find a cheap hotel in Bangkok, near Chatuchak Market.
