“The left panel shows a circular region where the magnetic field
B(t) ) oscillates—sometimes pointing outward (shown by dots) and sometimes inward (shown by crosses). As the magnetic field changes in time, the magnetic flux through this region varies accordingly. The right panel illustrates the physical consequence of this changing flux: a circulating electric field is induced around the boundary. The red vectors represent this field, which is tangent to the circular path, highlighting that induced electric fields form closed loops rather than originating or terminating at charges. Their magnitude is proportional to −dB/dt , in accordance with Faraday’s Law. Together, both panels visually connect the time-varying magnetic field to the induced electric field and the resulting EMF
