Описание: Black Lives Matter Plaza near the White House in Washington D.C. is being dismantled by construction workers. A week ago, D.C. mayor Muriel Bowser said the plaza would be redesigned as part of a new mural project after threats by Republicans to cut transportation funding if the plaza was not renamed. Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga., introduced legislation that would require the city to repaint and rename the plaza or else lose millions of dollars in transportation funding.
