Miracles and Idolatry

Описание: In 1 Thessalonians St. Paul writes that the Gospel came to the Thessalonians through Paul not only in word, but "also in power." Some scholars have said that this is likely a testament to the fact that Paul performed miracles to act as a motive of credibility for Paul's preaching. The conversion of the pagans didn't just come through Paul saying, "The scriptures have been fulfilled," but through Paul performing miracles.
