Once a year this is a messy chore that must be done. Clorox seems to be the only thing that will kill the mildew and remove the stains. Please forgive the blank in the video where I hit the zoom without realizing. F-16s flying over head, big tractor trailers going by and even the train went through our small town while I was video taping. The only thing we didn't have was a thunder storm. That will probably happen this afternoon.
