I had shared a Samgyupsal recipe before and made me realize that Pinoys really love Korean food. Today, I am going to share my version of 4 Easy Flavor Samgyupsal Marinade Recipe.
Though Koreans love how its traditionally made- just season with salt and pepper, we Pinoys love a much better modern version and this is why I am sharing 4 Easy Flavor Samgyupsal Marinade Recipe that you would certainly enjoy.
While it may look like a lot of work preparing for 4 different marinades trust me it’s quite easy since we are not doing this in large quantities, you will only need one to two tablespoons of flavors and spices plus 4 small containers and keep on the fridge while that pork belly is absorbing all of that flavor from your marinade. Each piece of samgyupsal recipe may look different when it is marinated, different hues of colors due to the sauce used and when cooked it will look almost similar and this is where the fun begins.
At home, you may fire up use a portable gas grill or electric grill to cook at the table, or fire outside. By the time you are cooking and eating, each piece will be a surprise as you don’t know what flavor are you getting.

INGREDIENTS:
1. SWEET AND SPICY
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Sugar
½ Tbsp Sesame oil
½ Tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp Ginger, minced
1 Tbsp Green onions, chopped
¼ tsp Gochugaru
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
2. GOCHUJANG SRIRACHA
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tsp Sriracha
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp Water
1 Tsp Sugar
¼ Tsp Garlic, Minced
!/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Sesame seeds
3. Herbed
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
¼ Tsp Italian Seasoning
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
¼ Tsp sea salt or rock salt
4. Barbecue
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp Apple or Pear extract
1 Tbsp Sugar
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Ginger, minced
¼ Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Garlic, minced
