Описание: A summer break in high school and any social skills I had were dropped, gone, reduced to atoms. Coming back from the holidays or the summer was painful. I had to relearn a lot of the social skills I thought I knew. This is the case if we go an extended period of time without doing at the very least some maintenance work on our communications skills. It's like the gym - you have to continue to show up and work on them - otherwise you'll lose 'em.
