Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has issued a stern warning to the party MLAs on the SIR issue, saying that their performance should improve within a week, otherwise someone else will be appointed in-charge in their place in the constituency. He made it clear that those who will not work for the party are not needed, and even the biggest leaders will not be given concessions in this matter. The virtual meeting held on Wednesday on the SIR process was attended by Revanth Reddy, TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, AICC leaders Meenakshi Natarajan and Sachin Sawant, among others. Addressing the meeting, the Chief Minister said that BRS held four meetings in Adilabad while Congress could hold only three meetings. Similarly, BJP held eight meetings in Kotagudam. He said that despite the BJP's modest presence, it is active, and if the party trying to extract votes can hold 160 meetings, then it is worrying that the Congress is lagging behind despite being in power. Revanth Reddy said that it should not be understood that the leadership is not keeping an eye on the activities of the districts, a record of all matters is being kept. He also directed the in-charge ministers to take up their responsibilities.
