In this video, we travel to a rural community in Thailand to rescue a beautiful husky named Moolah, who had been living on a long chain with severe skin issues. Her owners, though kindhearted, lacked proper knowledge about dog care. Out of desperation, they used gasoline—a dangerous old myth—to try and kill her fleas and ticks.

They kept her chained because she had a history of chasing chickens, and they feared she’d be killed by angry neighbours if she got loose. It wasn’t cruelty—it was survival. But Moolah deserved better, so her owners agreed to hand her over.

We brought her to Happy Doggo Land, where we gave her a proper medicated bath, treatment, and a safe place to begin her healing journey. Moolah is now on the road to recovery and will soon be looking for a loving forever home. 🐾

But the story didn’t end there…

When we returned the next day and we treated the other dogs they had in their care with medicated baths, proper medicine, and most importantly, we educated the owners so they can care for their dogs in a safer, healthier way going forward.
