1. Pelvic Tilt on Gymball
Rock your pelvis forward and back to improve pelvic awareness and connect with deep pelvic muscles.
2. Glute Bridge + Mini Band
Scoop your pelvis and squeeze glutes at the top.
3. Dead Bug Exercise
Engage your core and flatten your lower back as you extend your arm & leg.
4. Kneeling Quad Stretch
Tuck your pelvis before pulling your ankle to your glutes.
Hold for 1 mins per side.
