This week’s faith-filled collage is inspired by the warmth and nourishment of honey. I used a honeycomb focal image surrounded by rich brown tones and layered papers from my stash to create depth, comfort, and grounding.

The color brown represents:
🤎 Stability
🤎 Earthiness
🤎 Steadfast love

The honeycomb symbolizes the power of our words. Just like honey nourishes the body, gracious words nourish the soul. They heal. They soften. They strengthen.

In this piece, I pulled:
• Vintage neutrals and kraft tones from my stash
• Textured scraps for layered dimension
• Warm brown ink distressing
• Subtle gold accents for the sweetness of grace

Every layer reminds me that what we speak matters. Words can wound — but they can also restore.

Proverbs 16:24 calls us to choose sweetness over sharpness, encouragement over criticism, blessing over bitterness.

May this collage be a gentle reminder to:
🍯 Speak life
🍯 Offer kindness
🍯 Be honey in a world that can be harsh
