Today, we have shared a video showing our experience of searching for and cooking wild mushrooms. As it had rained all night, we went to the nearby forest in the morning to look for mushrooms that had sprouted. In the video, we’ve also included glimpses of various plants and animals we encountered in the jungle. Since the month of July brings frequent rainfall, many types of mushrooms tend to grow in the forest. However, we kindly request everyone to identify mushrooms properly before picking and eating them. KanchhiKitchen Channel is the first Village Cooking Channel in Nepal.
