BLACK & WHITE NAIL ART DESIGN: Today I am here with an easy French manicure nail art design for SHORT NAILS in black and white.

After applying base coat, I start to paint the French tip: First the white and second the black parts.
I take my black liner polish and paint a stripe at the edge of white side; then I grab a small headed dotting tool and put some white dots alongside over the black side.
After getting dry I apply top coat... And we're done!
