Pekan is a royal town not far from Kuantan in Pahang. In fact the current Sultan of Malaysia (Yang di-Pertuan Agong) is from this town.

On this Malaysia travel vlog, we visit Istana Abu Bakar (Palace), Sultan Abu Bakar Museum, and tried some specialty dishes from Pekan: Pudding DiRaja and Murtabak Mengkasar. We wanted to try Daging Opor but unfortunately we could not find it anywhere.
