Audi R8 V10, dual camera 1080p onboard. First session of the day and it shows: I'm careful, the instructor is patient. At 1:16 he tells me I'm holding the brake too long. Fair enough.
The recording starts mid-run (the Race-Keeper system missed the out lap), so we're already at 90 km/h when it kicks in. The instructor walks me through every corner - where to look, when to turn in, when to get back on the gas. Calm style, lots of "hop", "voilà", "parfait". Top speed is 156 km/h around 2:24 on the main straight. At 2:30 we catch up to traffic and I go "ah oui sinon j'arrive" - still getting used to closing speeds on track.
Towards the end I admit I'm "plutôt prudent de base" and say the next session in the Huracán should be better now that I know the track. It was: 198 km/h, 1.3g braking, completely different intensity. That video: • Lamborghini Huracán - Track day at Circuit...
