The Agile transformation journey is arduous and full of obstacles. Despite the best strategic intentions, many changes fail. There are a variety of causes for this, but the most obvious is a lack of leadership involvement. According to the 15th State of Agile Report 2021, it is one of the top five barriers to Agile adoption, and strangely, it has remained at the top for the past few years!
The transformation must be championed, supported, motivated, and led by leaders! However, many leaders may not have the expertise and experience in leading positive change and may feel unprepared to lead the transformation.
To bridge these gaps, Leaders must take steps to truly understand their role, gain knowledge, learn the skills, and become fully ready to lead the transformation. Attending this talk will provide the attendees with a deep and wide understanding of the Leader’s role in Agile transformation.
