Описание: Making the cabinet doors out of walnut, processed down to 3/4" boards from 4/4 rough stock. Standard glue up of three planks and cut down the middle to keep the continuous grain pattern. Door panels were textured with a restorer using a 4" wire brush, detailed with 1/2" wire wheel on a die cutter, then stained with the same recipe as the drawer fronts and the same number of layers in water based polyurethane applied. 35mm forstner bit was used for the boss hinge holes and fitted with soft close inset hinges from Blum. Made the door stop out of the same 1/8" copper bar as the drawer pulls and installed the door pulls of the same style vertically. This is for the sink cabinet, and at some point it will have a pull out tray for the trash and recycling, but for now I just wanted to get all the cabinets closed off. This is the only set of doors for all of the lower cabinets, everything else being drawers.
