Community Compassion, Ground Breaking & 20 Hours of Prayer

Описание: Hi, I’m Elizabeth Stott from Christian Fellowship Church in Columbia, MO, and in this week’s video announcements we’re talking about Community Compassion, our Ground-Breaking ceremony, and 20 Hours of Prayer!

Every year, Community Compassion helps empower Love INC, Granny’s House, Coyote Hill, Center for Women’s Ministries and more to meet the spiritual and financial needs of our broader community. Community Compassion also allows us to meet the very real needs of those right here in our church family, and your generosity is what makes this happen. Over the next few weeks, we’ll share some of the way’s you’ve brought hope and love to our church and Columbia through Community Compassion. You can give to Community Compassion today by going to ChristianFellowship.com, clicking on the graphic and opting to give. Or you can download the cfColumbia App through the App Store or Google Play and select the Give Option from the main menu.

Also happening this week is the Ground-Breaking ceremony for our new building. This event is 20 years in the making, and we’ll gather together on the church’s property to celebrate God’s faithfulness as we step into our future as a church. They’ll be appetizers, face painting, a photo booth, and more. The Columbia Chamber of Commerce will be there for the ribbon cutting, and we hope you can be there too! The Ground-Breaking ceremony is this Thursday, and you can see more details and sign-up to help all at ChristianFellowship.com.

Lastly for today, we have a new way you can participate in our season of prayer. This Friday we’ll host a Prayer Night starting at 7 pm, and from there, we’ll open room 115 where you can pray throughout the night anytime between 8:00 pm until 3:00 pm the next day. Join us for however long you can participate as we to pray into the things God has placed on our hearts as a church. RSVP for childcare from 7 – 8 pm during the Prayer Night event, and you can see full details about the 20 hours of prayer at ChristianFellowship.com.
