Full time travelers Josh and Kara go to Oroville Lake Visitors center to check out the broken spillway! The roads had all been closed off so they could not see the lower portion of the dam but the visitors center has a lookout tower that provides a safe view of the top of the dam and Oroville Lake. On the way too and few the drive through flooded Chico and other flooded areas along the Sacramento River.
