पुण्याला पाणी पुरवठा करणाऱ्या खडकवासला धरणातील पाणीसाठ्यात 2 दिवसांत 1 टीएमसीनं वाढ झालीये. धरणक्षेत्रात झालेल्या पावसानं एकूण साठा ४.४५ टीएमसी झालाय. मागील वर्षीच्या तुलनेत पाणीसाठा घटला असून, साठा कमी असल्याने पुण्यात सध्या एक दिवसाआड पाणीपुरवठा सुरूये. पाणी संकट दूर होण्यासाठी शहराला अजूनही मोठ्या पावसाची प्रतीक्षाये....

A slight relief has come for Pune as the Khadakwasla Dam, one of the city's key water sources, has recorded an increase of nearly 1 TMC in storage over the last two days due to rainfall in the catchment area. The total water stock has now reached 4.45 TMC. However, the reservoir level remains lower than the corresponding period last year. With water storage still inadequate, Pune continues to receive water supply on alternate days, and the city awaits heavier rainfall to ease the water crisis.
