While filming a science-fiction movie, two actors dressed as Martians become trapped in a cave. Unknown to International Rescue, the Thunderbird craft have been caught on motion picture film by a camera operated by The Hood. After rescuing the actors, a madcap chase begins as the Tracys pursue The Hood before he delivers the film to the even more mysterious General Strond
