Master Cleanse Lemonade
• How to Make Master Cleanse Lemonade
2 Quarts (8 Cups) purified water
1 Cup organic lemon juice
1 Cup organic Grade B maple syrup
1 Pinch of cayenne pepper
Update: Grade B maple syrup is now called
Grade A Dark Robust
Fill a 1/2 gallon container with the water
Add the lemon juice and maple syrup
Shake until it's all mixed together
Note: I think It's better to pour a separate glass of lemonade
then add a pinch of cayenne right before drinking it
instead of adding the cayenne to the 1/2 gallon container
because it gets too hot over time
