Tehran Readies for Nuclear Talks Amid Rising Tensions with US

MetroTV, Iran's government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani said on Tuesday that Tehran is prepared for all scenarios - whether diplomatic or military - ahead of a new round of nuclear talks with the United States scheduled for Thursday in Geneva.
"While decisive deterrence by our military forces is on the agenda - and naturally this preparedness exists, as demonstrated by recent drills - the path of diplomacy is being pursued intensively," Mohajerani told reporters during a press conference in Tehran.
She emphasised that the administration remains vigilant in monitoring regional developments while staying committed to the negotiation process.
"We will use all deterrent tools to prevent any miscalculation. In short, we are prepared for both," she added.
