SYNOPSIS

The Man in the Yellow Cap tells the story of Mark Drewelow — a humanitarian, ocean lover, and global force for good. Known throughout the San Diego surf community for his warmth, generosity, and fearless style in the water, Mark embodied what it meant to live with purpose.

Through intimate interviews and stunning ocean cinematography, the film explores how Mark’s passion for bodysurfing connected him to people around the world and inspired a movement of giving through YachtAid Global, providing clean water and critical resources to communities in need.

This film is both a tribute and a reminder: a life lived with heart can ripple across oceans.
