Ingredients
Maida or atta 1 cup
Suji 1/4 cup
Gur / jaggery 1/3 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Method
Mix everything in a mixing bowl until you get a smooth ribbon like consistency. Give a rest for half an hour. Mix again thoroughly so that the mixture become light and fluffy.
Heat oil . Take a spoonful of batter. And fry on slow flame until done.
Serve hot Or cold.
