Physical and spiritual awakening
. Spiritual awakening is as natural as our body waking to the rising sun.
. too many times we have to use an alarm clock to force ourselves awake. This isn't the way of spiritual awakening.

Sleeping vs pretending to sleep
. being born again, enlightenment, A BFO, a breakthrough
. each is a sudden realization, a new way of seeing a problem or circumstance.
. immersed in a problem looking for the solution, we get stuck. Relaxed we can see the solution that was there all along, filtered from our awareness.

From darkness into the light
. The Sun naturally wakes out body. It's our Spirit that awakens our soul.
. Knowing the light is within us and allowing our light to shine, this is awakening.

Life after spiritual awakening
. In the moment of awakening, nothing is what it appears, mountains, streams, trees are not what we know then to be. After our awakening everything is as it was before, except our experience and knowing.
. before awakening: chop wood, carry water. After awakening: chop wood, carry water.

Awakening isn't a magical destination that will solve problems or change the world or your place in it. Awakening is simply connecting with spirit-self, opening the spiritual eyes of your soul to see thing more clearly.
