Facebook doesn't offer a built-in feature to completely hide the names of group admins from members. However, you can somewhat obscure admin identities. If you're using the New Groups experience, switch back to Classic Groups in the settings, then in the Admin tools section, you'll find the "Hide Admin and Moderator badges" option. Enabling this will prevent the badges from appearing next to admin names when they post or comment. But members can still view the full admin list in the "People" section. The only surefire way to truly hide admin identities is to use a business page as an admin, as the page profile will be displayed instead of a personal one. The page name itself can be more ambiguous, but this might reduce trust with your members.
