Fishing for the Golden Redhorse. This magnificent sucker is found in the river systems in central and eastern United States, and it is the ninth installment of the series that I'll probably be working on until the day that I die. The Golden Redhorse Sucker - Scientific Name: Moxostoma erythrurum. The goal is to catch 1000 different fish species, and today I am chasing a fish that is native in my neck of the woods in Wisconsin. I was fishing in Ozaukee County Wisconsin for this species which can be found in the Milwaukee River. They can caught worms, but you have to keep your worms on or near the bottom of the river.
