Multiple sources indicate that this place is truly a hotspot for trapped paranormal activity – some investigators even boast about its peculiar, and seemingly supernatural events. We spend the night trying to validate these claims, and begin to regret our stay as we begin to experience things we never thought were possible.

HISTORY
Canon City Prison was the first women’s Penitentiary established in 1935. It also served as a half-way house for the male correctional facility next door and features a gas chamber responsible for the execution of some of these vicious criminals. The building itself has been standing for over 100 years and is a large attraction for tourist who wish to learn about Canon City’s unique history.
What now stands as a museum, is a building abundant with unexplained activity, such as phantom footprints, moving objects, and visitors getting touched. This place has fascinated even the most experienced of paranormal groups such as “Hidden Shadows Paranormal” and has continued to be a place of interested until this day.
The cell floor has provided many intriguing reports. Individuals have experienced dizziness and nausea and claim to have felt a strong presence (CUT). In one of the cells a women can be heard weeping, accompanied with noises of doors closing, and chairs shuffling. Furthermore, muddy footprints are known to make a mysterious appearance as its thought that one of the entities still wanders these halls.
